Pakuranga gets great feedback...
Bernadette recently sent an email to Paul the franchise owner of the Pakuranga Chipmunks it reads....
"We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Pakuranga's Chipmunks today. My daughter, has severe allergies, having had anaphylactic reactions to dairy, eggs and nuts.
The manager, Paul was absolutely fabulous!! He put so much care into catering for her, even cleaning out the oil in the fryer. We had a fantastic time thanks to his precautions. We really appreciate his understanding.
Please pass on a BIG thank you!!
I have already sent an email to members of my allergy support group and will continue to recommend other's with allergic children visit."

"I just wanted to say what a great venue you have.I have just spent 5 hours there with my two boys, (4 & 6yrs) and have had a heap of fun. The venue is wonderfully designed and encourages parents to play with their kids which is a fantastic concept, very unique to the area. The food options were great for the kids and well presented. The venue was very clean and I felt comfortable having my boys run around playing there. We will definitely be visiting again and recommending to our other friends!

"Hi there, I just wanted to say that I really enjoyed our experience at Chipmunks today with our son. It was very very very busy with B/day parties but you guys really have it all under control. We weren't amoungst the birthday parties but I feel that you just need to know from a customer that we were very immpressed on the service and happy staff faces. We will definitely we back there again.
I also love the fact that parents are free entry so its not a strain on the budget. Thanks guys!!!"
