• Parties require a minimum of 8 children.
      • Advance notice and a non refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your booking.
      • A cancellation fee may apply to parties cancelled within 3 days.
      • The party room is available for up to 1-hour.
      • All children should arrive 1-hour before the party room hire commences (space in the café will be reserved for this purpose) to enable the children to play before they eat and celebrate together.
      • One supervising adult (over the age of 18) must be present for each 8 children.
      • Please do not bring outside food or drink into the party room or centre, please purchase food from our on site café. Birthday party cakes are our only exception.
      • Please advise us of any special dietary requirements. We do cater for most dietary needs. To ensure we can work with your requirements please confirm details at least 3 working days before the party. Please note; while we do our best to accommodate any changes in the lead up to the party, we cannot guarantee changes made after 3 working days before the party will be made.
      • All party guest numbers, and full payment, are required no later than 3 days before the party.
      • Birthday cakes are welcome (when hosted in 1 of our party rooms with a booked party package).
      • All birthday cakes must be nut free.
      • Chipmunks accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings on site.
      • Socks must be worn at all times by children and adults in all play areas. No bare feet are permitted for hygiene and safety reasons. Chipmunks socks are available for purchase for both children and adults.
      • A café tab can be set up for your party, for coffees and extra café purchases, a credit card is required to secure this. Full payment must be made before leaving the premises.
      • It is free for all adults and children under 12 months to enter Chipmunks. As Chipmunks caters for children up to 11 years; anyone 12 years or older is considered an adult. Chipmunks Playground equipment is only suitable for children up to the age of 11 years old.
      • Prices and packages include GST and are subject to change without notice.
      • You may be contacted by Chipmunks after your child’s party for feedback. This is to help us maintain a high level of birthday party service.

    • Once we have received your booking:

      1. A staff member will contact you to confirm your details and time.
      2. If your time is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative to suit.
      3. Your host will go over the Birthday Party Booking Conditions and talk you through the party day procedure.
      4. If you are happy to go ahead with the booking our staff will ask you to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your party booking.
      5. Once you have paid your deposit (either in person or via internet banking*) your booking is confirmed.
      6. You may then collect your party invitations in-store, or they can be sent to you on request.
