Ready To Book?

Complete the steps below to confirm your booking.
Note* Online sales close 3 days before booking date. For last minute or larger groups please contact us directly.

Once we have received your booking:

  1. A staff member will contact you to confirm your details and time.
  2. If your time is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative to suit.
  3. Your host will go over the Party Booking Conditions (see bottom of the Birthday Parties main page) and talk you through the party day procedure.
  4. If you are happy to go ahead with the booking our staff will ask you to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your party or $100 deposit for your private venue hire booking.
  5. Once you have paid your deposit (either in person or via credit card over the phone) your booking is confirmed.
  6. You may then collect your party invitations in-store, or they can be sent to you on request.
